We understand that travel plans can change. At Muthunila Villas, we aim to offer flexible options while also protecting the availability of our limited villa inventory. Please find our standard cancellation policy below:

Force Majeure:In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel bans, we offer flexible rebooking options. Please contact our reservations team directly for personalized assistance.
Flexible Rate Bookings:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date – Full refund (minus any bank/processing fees).
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in – 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in – 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
- No-shows or early departures – 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates:
- These bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
Peak Season Policy (20th December to 10th January):
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival – 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival – 100% of the booking will be charged.
Modifications & Rescheduling:
- Date changes are allowed up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability and rate differences.
- Only one modification per booking is allowed without charge.
- Peak season dates are non-transferable.
Refund Process:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days and returned to the original payment method.
- Any bank fees or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund.
