Booking Policy

• All reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment method or advance payment as specified at the time of booking.

• Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or booking platform confirmation.

Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the reservation unless stated otherwise.
• The remaining balance is due upon check-in or according to the agreement made during booking.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide valid ID upon check-in.

• The villa must be used only for lawful and peaceful purposes.

• Any damage caused by guests will be charged to their account.

• No pets are allowed unless approved in advance.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Maximum Occupancy

• Each villa has a specified maximum number of guests. Exceeding this without prior approval may result in cancellation without refund.

Facilities and Services

• Use of the pool, garden, and villa facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Housekeeping services are provided daily or as agreed during booking.

Safety and Liability

• Muthunila Villas is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for securing valuables. A safe is provided in the villa.

Force Majeure

• Muthunila Villas is not liable for any disruption caused by natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Privacy Policy

• All personal data collected during booking will be handled confidentially and used only for communication and service improvement purposes.
