Eligibility:
- Valid for stays of 5 consecutive nights or more.
- Offer applies to direct bookings only (via website, phone, or WhatsApp).
Reservation & Payment:
- Advance booking is required. A minimum deposit of 50% is needed to confirm the reservation.
- Balance to be settled upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- 50% charge for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
- 100% charge for cancellations within 2 days or no-shows.
Laundry Service:
- Includes one complimentary laundry load (6kg per day); additional loads are chargeable.
- Dry cleaning not included.
