- Valid proof of residency (NIC ) must be presented at check-in.
- Failure to provide proof will result in the reservation being charged at the standard rate.
Booking & Stay Period:
- Offer valid for bookings with stay dates between 1st May and 30th November only.
- Advance reservation is required with a minimum 50% deposit to confirm.
Personalized Planning:
- Guests are encouraged to inform the property of any special requests or celebrations at least 48 hours in advance for proper arrangements.
Non-Transferable:

- Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- 50% charge for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
- 100% charge for cancellations within 2 days or no-shows
